The Cutting & Sewing Team Leader role will manage the workflow of the cutting and sewing teams, ensuring all pieces are prepared to the correct specification, ensuring production targets are achieved to meet the business demands of on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery to our customers with the highest possible quality standards. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities, as well as motivating and developing the team to deliver world-class products.

Responsibilities/Key Deliverables
* Managing a team of sewing machinists and fabric cutters, ensuring all colleagues are successfully achieving all deadlines in accordance with quality standards, production schedules and KPI'S.
* Evaluate what cutting/sewing tasks are required daily.
* Planning and organising the workload of the cutting & sewing teams, delegating tasks to each cutter/machinist.
