Compass Resourcing are currently recruiting for a nationwide furniture fit out company who specialise in all aspects of FFE installations. We are currently looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join our site-based team. You must be willing to work away.

You will be responsible for all day to day running of the installation project. You must ensure you and your site team deliver projects on time, in line with all our company procedures & to the highest standard.

You must have relevant experience overseeing fast paced installations, a hands-on approach is key to this. Ensuring you get the best out of your team and overcome any problems you may come across.

You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and will be required to attend project progress meetings with the main contractor. Site recording is essential, you will be required to record all site progress and keep a site dairy.
