Compass Resourcing is currently recruiting an Estimator for a growing interior fit-out contractor based in Halifax. The company work on fit-out projects across the commercial, leisure, health and student accommodation sectors. They undertake projects in the range of £50k - £2m on a nationwide basis.

The Estimator will be working alongside another Estimator and will ideally have previous experience of estimating for a construction or interior fit-out contractor. You will be tasked with estimating projects from first principles, preparation of own quants, managing tenders, liaising with subcontractors, producing tender documentation and presenting to the clients and assisting the delivery team following successful bids.
