Design Engineer/CAD Technician

Commutable from: Bradford, Wakefield, Halifax, Huddersfield, Brighouse, Keighley etc.

Salary: £25,00 - £35,000 Dependent on experience

My client is an established business in the West Yorkshire area who are looking to recruit a Design Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will need to be experienced with AutoCAD 2D and ideally have industry experience in areas such as HVAC, construction, building services, sheet metal or ductwork.

Required Experience:

* Experience of 2D AutoCAD skills essential

* Producing CAD design work.

* Ability to read and understand engineering plans and section details.

* Ability to read and understand architectural plans and section details would be ideal.

* Good keyboard skills and comfortable using Microsoft office packages (ideally Word, Excel and outlook).

* Knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical Engineering.
